Provide a secure habitat for your local wildlife! Built to last . this sturdy bird nesting box has been assembled by hand using rust proof decking screws and waterproof glue. This allows the house to withstand the elements while being mounted outdoors. Not only is this design durable . but it meets the specifications of a bird shelter from the Cornell Lab of Ornithology. We have provided a correctly sized entry window . adequate floor and head space . an interior fledgling ladder . air vents . a door and latch to allow for a proper cleaning . and drainage holes. We guarantee the highest quality and “bird in mind” features!

Tips: Nesting boxes can be installed on posts or poles in the water . but they must be at least three feet above the high water mark and be facing south or west. If installing on land . choose a site within 100 feet from the water with no branches blocking the entrance hole. We recommend using predator guards.
